Non. J’ai sur mon PC un projet QGIS avec la couche des adresses ICAR, et les adresses OSM. Ce que je fais est simplement de compter les 2 sources par communes, puis de faire le ratio entre les 2.

Sur mon projet QGIS, je peux voir visuellement là où il manque des adresses. Je réfléchis à une manière de partager cela, idéalement pour tout le pays…

Again, this has been done forever. If you are upset that Facebook was involved with Donald Trump being elected in USA you also have to be upset about it electing Barack Obama.

True, but this is not only about simple political advertising. In many countries, Facebook is paid by alleged neo-nazis parties (I’m not speaking of Trump nor Brexit) with budgets approaching millions of € for manipulating the opinions and make advertising. Newspapers usually don’t accept this money because they have some ethics.

Of course, I’m sure there are enough ideas on what should be improved on osm.org, (or just on osm.org/user/myusername). To me, things can evolve faster if there are some dedicated funding and people to work on it, with a clear mandate of the OSMF and the community. In addition to the programming work, some analysis phase could be also subcontracted. This phase would consists of gathering the opinions among the community, drafting user stories, re-designing stuffs, etc. This phase needs a lot of coordination and actual work and I fear that the community or a core of volunteers cannot do it before the web has evolved to another unexpected thing.
