Do you know whether that is the whole side of the street? Or just parts of it?
Where did the post codes come from? The note, although given as the source, only contain one of the two postcodes actually entered, and was anonymous, so might have obtained the postcode from copyright sources.
In fact, the marker is on a property which has been entered with a postcode different from the one in the note. To the extent that it is safe to assume that the commenter knew the postcode without looking it up, the marked property should have been set to 5PT, not 5PR.
To the original commenter: postcodes are difficult for OpenStreetmap because the Post Office owns a database copyright on them, which means that extracting them from the common sources of postcode information would breach copyright. If you want lots of accurate postcodes on the map, you need to lobby the Post Office to change their licensing policies.

The postcodes for properties on Calder Gardens appear to be correct, by comparison with OS Codepoint Open: HA8 5PT for the northern side and HA8 5PR on the southern side.
